Downloading the forms

After the assignment of the valid producing number of the identification set it is possible to download a set of the relevant forms and manuals.

Downloading is necessary only in the case of the manual loss added to every identification set or in the case when a user does not want to register the personal dates and the evidence of the marked things via the Internet. Filled in and accredited registration forms must be sent as a registered letter to the address of the relevant National administrator of KRIMISTOP®.
